O360® isn’t run by marketers who discovered healthcare — it’s run by a dentist who mastered web design and marketing. Dr. Sean Fahimi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, practiced dentistry for 15 years, and built multiple successful practices and companies of his own.

In 2003, while still practicing, he founded Dentistry21 — a web development and digital marketing agency serving dental and medical practices exclusively. The company expanded its services to other healthcare professionals in 2006 under the name Solution21®.

Clients could saw the difference and the company grew quickly so in 2006 he sold his Irvine, CA practice to run the agency full-time. Solution21® was acquired a few years later and he, along with the original team continued on by building the new company, Optimized360®, AKA O360®. The core team that built it is still here — more than 18 years later.
