The Numbers Behind Our Work
One Team. Two Decades. Only Healthcare.
O360 is a web design company built for care-centered professions — healthcare practices and the funeral homes that serve their communities. For more than 20 years we’ve designed and built custom websites for over 40 fields. You share your vision once; we handle design, content, hosting, security, and updates, start to finish. The result is genuinely custom — not a template with your logo dropped in — and it’s yours: your site, your domain, your design. Scroll down to see the kind of work we do.
Running Your Funeral Home Is Hard Enough — Leave the Website to Us
You built your funeral home to serve families on the hardest day of their lives. Nobody warned you that keeping it running would also mean being the operator, the owner, the HR department, and the marketing team — often in the same afternoon. Every hour spent wrestling with a website builder or chasing a freelancer who’s gone quiet is an hour stolen from your families, your staff, or your family.
And if you’ve hired a generalist agency before, you know the other frustration: explaining how families actually choose a funeral home — urgency, dignity, pre-planning conversations no one wants to start — before they can write a single line for you.
We built O360 so you never have to do that again. A doctor founded this company, our team comes from healthcare, and funeral home is a world we already understand. You don’t teach us your world — we speak it. Here’s how we take the whole thing off your plate.
Designed From Scratch. Exclusively Yours.
Developed from scratch
Includes Design Ownership
Area Exclusivity
NO TEMPLATES
CUSTOM CONTENT
These days anyone can spin up a website in minutes with AI or a template. That’s exactly why a real, custom design matters more than ever — it’s the one thing a competitor can’t replicate with a few clicks. Every O360 funeral home website is created from scratch by real graphic designers, shaped around your care, your facilities, and the families trusting you with their goodbye.
Plenty of companies call their work “custom.” Look closely and it’s a handful of pre-built layouts you’re allowed to recolor. We don’t start from a layout — we start from a blank canvas and your vision.
Then we make it exclusive. Your design belongs to your area and your funeral home alone. Picture spending years building your reputation, only to have a competitor down the street copy your site, your look, even a name a search away from yours — and, with a template, there’d be nothing you could do about it. Exclusivity is how we protect what you’ve built. And every design is made to shine on the screen most of your families reach for first.
Built Mobile-First, Because Your Families Are
A grieving family searches at midnight from a hospital hallway — needing clear information, gentle tone, and a number to call. If your site loads slowly or feels clumsy on a small screen, they’ll choose whoever felt easier.
Every O360 funeral home website is built mobile-first — fast, effortless to navigate, and designed to turn that search into a phone call. The same care goes into every screen size, so your funeral home looks just as polished on a phone as it does on a desktop. Want to see one of the tools that does the convincing for you? Keep going.
Education Videos, Built Right In
Every O360 site includes a professionally produced library of education videos, embedded right into your treatment pages. A family can watch a short, clear explainer on services and arrangements, pre-planning, or grief resources — and arrive already understanding the basics and halfway to yes.
That’s less time your team spends explaining the same things, and more confident families moving forward. You can even play the same videos during a visit. See a few in action below.
Plays Seamlessly on All Devices
Embed Videos Per Service Page
Google and other search engines have started giving priority to mobile-optimized websites in their search results. This means that doctors and dentists with mobile-optimized websites are more likely to show up in search results when patients search for health-related services on their mobile devices. Moreover, the mobile website should have clear and clean coding for search robots to properly crawl and rank the page.
Increase Case Acceptance
You can access all videos available on your website on various devices including Windows, Mac, Android tablets and Phones, and iPad or iPhones directly in your office. The videos are designed to be effective as a separate education media or be used as a supplementary tool for your in-office case presentations.
SSL Secured, and Built With Care
Families share deeply personal details with a funeral home — names, dates, arrangements, payment information — often through a form on your website at the worst moment of their lives. Every page of your O360 site is protected by an SSL certificate, so that information travels encrypted from their device to you, and every visitor sees the padlock that says so.
SSL is included and maintained for the life of your site — issued, installed, renewed, and monitored by us, with hardened hosting and encrypted form delivery behind it. There is nothing for you to configure and nothing to renew. It’s one more worry off your plate. Your site also has to work with the tools your funeral home already uses — that’s next.
Stand Out With a Stunning, Multi-Media Website
A website this good should be yours — completely. With O360, you own your domain, your website, and your design, and every site is built on standard WordPress rather than a proprietary system that locks you in. Decide to leave one day and we’ll hand over full access and move your domain wherever you like — no ransom, no exit fees. Most companies bury you in a platform you can never leave; we’d rather earn your business every month. See what that looks like across real funeral homes next.
Funeral Home Websites We've Designed and Built
Every site below was designed and built by our team for a real healthcare funeral home — no stock templates, no reused layouts. Browse a few, then imagine what we’d create for yours. Behind every one of these is infrastructure most families never see but every funeral home needs — starting with compliance.

Compatible With Your Funeral Home. Considerate by Design.
Your website shouldn’t live on an island. Because we build on standard WordPress, your O360 site connects cleanly with the tools your funeral home already runs — obituary and tribute platforms, online scheduling, memorial donation and payment widgets, livestream embeds, and review platforms. We handle the integration and the scripts; you keep working the way you already do.
It’s built to be inclusive, too. Every site includes ADA accessibility support, so grieving families of all abilities can navigate it easily — and so you stay on the right side of accessibility expectations. Add hardened security and encrypted forms, and you have a site that’s compatible with your funeral home and considerate by design. Keeping all of that running smoothly takes serious infrastructure — and a team that answers when you call.
Enterprise Hosting and a Concierge Team That Actually Answers
Your website sits on enterprise-grade hosting, monitored around the clock, with managed backups and near-zero downtime. Families search for a funeral home at all hours, and an outage during someone’s worst week is unthinkable — so we make sure it simply doesn’t happen. If your site is ever hacked or broken, we restore it at no charge.
And when you need a person, you reach a real one — US-based, in California, never an overseas call center. The person who answers the phone is the person who fixes your site. Whether you’re mid-service or handling arrangements at 6 a.m., the last thing you should be doing is troubleshooting a website. With us, that call doesn’t come — and if you ever have a question, a quick call, email, or ticket is usually handled within 48 hours.
Need a change? Edit it yourself in a few clicks, or send it over — unlimited content updates are included at no additional cost. No per-hour fees, no nickel-and-diming. Your site is fast, secure, and handled. Next, we make sure it’s found — even by AI.

Marketing That Brings Families In
A beautiful funeral home website only pays off when the right families find it. When someone searches “funeral home near me,” “cremation services cost,” or “pre-planning a funeral,” those are the moments we build your visibility around. We’ve done this for healthcare practices for two decades. Our founder is a dentist, our marketing lead is a dentist, and much of our team comes from healthcare — so you’re not teaching a generic agency how pre-planning conversations work before they can write your ad. It’s all flexible, fully transparent, with no markup on your ad spend and no contracts. The reason this works comes down to who’s behind it.
Organic Search
Built to rank for what families actually search: “funeral home near me,” “cremation services cost,” “pre-planning a funeral” — with dedicated pages and the clean structure search engines reward.
Paid Advertising
Get in front of families the moment they search for what you offer. Tightly focused campaigns, healthcare-specific negative-keyword lists to cut wasted spend, and never a markup on your ad budget.
Social Media
Stay visible between visits. We create and manage content that shows your work, your team, and your results — building the local familiarity that turns followers into families.
Now Built for AI Search
Families no longer only Google a funeral home — they ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI “funeral home near me” or “funeral homes near me.” Every O360 funeral home website ships with schema markup and server-rendered content that AI engines can actually read — so when someone asks, your funeral home can be the answer that gets quoted and recommended. It’s one more edge most funeral homes haven’t claimed yet.

Schema Data Built-In
Structured markup for your practice, providers, services, and FAQs ships with every site — the format AI engines rely on to understand who you are, what you treat, and why to recommend you.

Readable by AI
Nothing is locked behind scripts. Your content — including FAQs — is server-rendered HTML that AI assistants can read, quote, and cite when patients ask for recommendations.

AI Visibility Optimization
An ongoing program that tracks how AI assistants answer questions about practices like yours, then tunes your content and presence to be the recommended answer.
Founded and Run by Doctors
Meet Dr. Sean Fahimi
O360 isn’t run by marketers who discovered healthcare — it’s run by a dentist who mastered web design and marketing. Dr. Sean Fahimi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, practiced for 15 years, and built multiple successful practices of his own. He founded O360 to give fellow doctors the website and marketing partner he wished he’d had — one that already understands medicine, respects a doctor’s time, and treats clients fairly. That perspective shapes everything here: we’ve sat on your side of the chair, so we build the way we’d want someone to build for us.

Funeral Home Website Design FAQs
How much does a custom funeral home website cost?
One design fee plus a low monthly for hosting and support. The fee depends on your market and how many services and locations you have, and can be split across payments. See pricing for how it works, or tell us about your funeral home for an exact number.
What does a funeral home website need that other business sites don’t?
Almost everyone arriving is in the worst week of their life, and many are on a phone at an odd hour. The site has to be calm, quiet and immediately useful: how to reach a person right now, what the first steps are, and what things cost. Anything that feels like selling does damage here.
Is there a contract, and do I own the site and domain?
No contract, cancel anytime. The design, site and domain are yours outright and registered in your name from day one. If you leave, we transfer everything at no cost. Your design stays exclusive to your area.
How long does it take, and how much of my time?
Two to three weeks of active work. We write the content and supply the imagery, so it takes one conversation and a round or two of review from you.
Should prices be on the site?
Yes. Families are required to be given price information, and publishing it plainly is also simply better. People who cannot find any indication of cost assume the worst and call someone else, often while feeling they have been kept in the dark at the worst possible moment.
Can the site handle obituaries properly?
Yes, and it is by far the most visited part of any funeral home site. Obituaries need to be easy for your staff to publish, easy for families to share, readable on a phone, and able to take condolences and service details. They also bring more visitors to your site than anything else you do.
Will the site work with our management software?
Yes. We build on standard WordPress rather than a closed platform, so your site connects to whatever case management, obituary or e-commerce system you use, plus arrangement enquiry forms, flower ordering and payment. Pre-need enquiries can be routed separately from immediate need.
Can the site serve pre-need planning as well as immediate need?
Yes, and they need separate paths. Someone planning ahead is calm, comparing and price-conscious; someone who has just suffered a loss needs a phone number and reassurance. Serving both from the same page serves neither well.
How do families actually find a funeral home?
A local search, often at night and in distress, plus recommendations from hospices, hospitals and care homes that they then check online, and obituary searches that bring people to your site for another reason entirely. Reviews and how quickly someone answers decide it.
Is SEO included, or separate?
The foundation is included — clean structure, a page per service, optimised titles and search-ready markup. Ongoing SEO, ads and social are a separate optional marketing program with no contract.
