When enjoying all the waves and tourist attractions that are synonymous with Newport Beach, the last thing that needs to be on your mind is any sort of sickness. At Thrive Rejuvenation in Newport Beach, the therapists promote health and wellness by helping to restore and optimize the body’s balance through a balance of detox, therapy, and programming.
Overview of Design
To promote a calm and gentle interface, we incorporated plenty of text boxes and images that would radiate that same warm sensation to the viewers. The black background adds a contrast to the white, legible font gliding over the webpage. Opting for more visual imagery than text, we made sure all our pictures were both professional and fun – much like a reflection of the team at Thrive Rejuvenation
Use of Colors / Design Elements
We complimented the imagery through the use of a black and gray color theme. When blended together, black and gray make for a contrast that is action oriented. Black provides the background and a sleek silhouette for the imagery. Black also provides a feeling of luxury and class, just like the services offered at the practice.
Scheduling an appointment is a huge factor in sales for Thrive Rejuvenation. We made sure that we would do our part and made the option as readily as possible for viewers. On the homepage, there are three calls to action; one on the banner, one on the center image, and one below it. Square tiles line the interior of the website, allowing ample space for users to navigate and read.
Just like the people at Newport, we implemented pictures that not only showed the native surroundings but also informed. Thrive Therapy is all about mixing different ingredients in the form of shakes or drinks to create cures. We sought to help by including a clean navigation bar for easy recipe access, along with respective tabs for their educational blog and program. Their social media links and contact information are also readily available on the top of the page, at the banner. We made the social media links stand out even more by labeling the widgets with their respective colors. Blue for Facebook, Red for Google, and teal for Twitter.
Image the Website Represents
Therapy is a great way to release mental stress and unwind from our day-to-day activities. Any therapy website that hopes to acquire patients from around the community must provide an approachable, welcoming, first impression. The website serves as a great representation of the professionalism and optimistic attitude provided by the Newport natives.
